This position will direct the operations of the Assisted Living and Memory Care programs.  This includes customer service, all aspects of staff supervision, coordinate client services, communicate with multiple agencies, activity programing direction, community engagement, and managing administrative processes to effectively manage the operations at Shepherd of Grace. Qualifications: Licensed nurse required.  3 years experience working with older adults; dementia specific preferred. 3 years direct supervision of staff. Demonstrated organizational, leadership, and professional communication skills.

Registered Nurse - Becker
This position is responsible for and oversees all areas of Shepherd of Grace Memory Care Cottages and Assisted Living. This includes staff supervision, working with potential clients, intake, working with referral entities, promoting our services in the community and fostering collaboration among Good Shepherd team members.  Qualifications: Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota with a Bachelor's degree in nursing.  Three years experience in Assisted Living/Home Care.  Two to three years supervisory or management experience.  Must possess strong leadership and organization skills and be an enthusiastic, independent worker able to manage staff.  Computer skill required.  Experience working with the senior population, Dementia/Alzheimer's preferred.
Part-time days, with occasional eve/noc for supervisory duties. 

Licensed Practical Nurse - Sauk Rapids Responsible to administer, records, and keeps records current for treatments.  Organize and monitor resident care.  Perform nursing procedures and related functions. Must be a professional nurse currently licensed in the state of MN.
Part-time evening shift available. Part-time casual position for all three shifts available--must be able to work 2 shifts. 

Care Manager - Becker
Responsible to provide personal care per individualized care plans as necessary to maintain the personal comfort of the resident/client; also responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident's condition.  Responsible to maintain a clean and odor free atmosphere.  Must have successfully completed the 75-hour Nursing Assistant course.  Documentation must be provided.  Must be at least 18 years of age. 
Becker: Full-tim and part-time evenings. 

Household Assistant/CNA - Sauk Rapids
Responsible to provide direct, personal cares per individualized care plans to maintain the personal comfort of the resident. Works to maintain a clean, safe environment for the residents.  Assists with basic personal cares and special cares, including assistance in providing nutrition and fluids.  Provides activity and exercise for the residents.  assists residents in dealing with psychosocial needs.  Also responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the Supervisor. Completes all required documentation in a complete and timely manner.  Must have successfully completed the nursing assistant training program and be on the minnesota nursing registry. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Full-time overnight shift. Part-time day shifts.  Casual day/overnight and day/evening shift.

Responsible to prepare food as determined by menus to meet tenants' nutritional needs at both campus sites.  Responsible to assist with serving food and helping to clean up.  Also, responsible for the supervision of the nutrition services staff in the absence of the Food Service Manager and assists supervisor with a variety of management duties.  Food Serve Safe certification preferred. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in food preparation and serving required. Ability to work as a team member and resolve problem situations constructively. Full-time day shift. 

Catering Assistant - Sauk Rapids
Responsible for dining room set up, serving tenant meals, and cleaning up dining area after meals. Assists with meal preparation, transportation and kitchen clean up after each meal. Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing. Previous experience in food preparation and serving preferred. 
Part-time Casual evenings.

Maintenance Engineer - Sauk Rapids
This full-time position is responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with plant maintenance including plumbing, boiler maintenance, and mechanical and structural repairs throughout the Good Shepherd Campuses. Qualified candidate should have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical repairs, and general maintenance. Current Minnesota 2nd class (c) engineer's license or special engineer's license preferred, or willing to obtain licensure within first three months of employment. Must live within a 15-20 minute response time to the Sauk Rapids Good Shepherd Campus. Must have a current, valid drivers license.

Housekeeping/Custodian - Housing
Responsible to maintain a clean and odor free atmosphere at Good Shepherd Assisted Living in all public areas and resident accommodations.  Must also perform laundry duties and ensure high standards of sanitation.
Part-time day position.

Custodian - Sauk Rapids
Responsible to maintain a clean and odor free atmosphere at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in all public areas including dining room, dayrooms, break room, public bathrooms, etc.
