Heartland Hospice Awards Good Shepherd Community

Heartland Hospice, an organization dedicated to providing hospice care and end of life education to clients and families awarded Good Shepherd Community with their 2010 Hospice Champion Award.   Heartland Hospice recognized Good Shepherd Community for their continued support and dedication to providing quality hospice care to the community members and families of those on the program living in their community.
