Columnist Writes Book

Dick Reignier has been writing a column for his apartment newsletter for a few years.  Shepherd Hi-Lights, Good Shepherd Community's apartment newsletter is a monthly publication that has a readership of over 200 apartment tenants.  After composing these stories and poems, he has decided to put them together in a book entitled Richard's Writings and Other Inspirational Poems and Stories.  Dick was inspired to write his poems and stories for his neighbors as he thought they could relate to them.  In the acknowledgment section Dick writes, "It is my desire that these writings give you a smile and cheer you up.  May you be blessed today and everyday.  Look up, for God is looking down on you."

Dick also published two other books in 2006.  One entitled A Mouse in the House, this is an interactive children's book that has coloring and counting for children.  His other book is entitled Christmas Traditions in Other Lands this book is a compilation of Christmas traditions celebrated in European countries.
