Good Shepherd Community Honors Veterans

Each year, Good Shepherd Community honors Veterans living on campus by holding a Veterans Day celebration.  This year the campus hosted two celebrations, Emcees for the events were Bruce Glanzer; CEO and Greg Vandal; Superintendent for the Sauk Rapids Rice school district, also a  member of the local Rotary Club.  It was a full house at both celebrations.  The Sauk Rapids VFW presented the flags for both events.  Each Veteran was awarded a certificate of appreciation for their dedication and honor.  Both receptions ended with refreshments and piano music played by Myrtle Schlueter and Pat Reignier. 


The Good Shepherd Community would like to thank Greg Vandal, the Sauk Rapids VFW and all Veterans for fighting for our freedom that we enjoy on a daily basis.
