Ways to Give

When you give to Good Shepherd Foundation, you're honoring and supporting a Christian ministry of senior housing and healthcare and perhaps, creating a legacy within an organization that has touched your life or the life of someone you loved.

Yes, your gift is tax-deductible and you can experience the real impact of Christian love making a difference in someone's life.

We offer many ways of giving to Good Shepherd:

  • Stock gifts:  Give a gift of stocks or mutual funds.

  • Matching gifts:  Make use of your employer's matching gift program.

  • Planned gifts: You can often make your ultimate impact through planned giving.  This could be through a bequest, trust, life-income plan like an annuity, retirement assets or life insurance.  For more information on planned giving click here.

  • Tangible personal property:  Often, you are entitled to a charitable deduction by giving gifts such as art, rare books, or other items of value.

  • Real estate:  A gift of appreciated property can help you avoid capital gains and income taxes and make a substantial impact at Good Shepherd Community.

  • Honorary and memorial gifts:  Remember a loved one through this option.
