The Good Shepherd Community is a senior living campus located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. For more than 45 years, we have provided a variety of housing and health care services for tenants and residents of all faiths in a warm, welcoming campus setting.
In May 2007, Good Shepherd expanded its services off-campus with the construction of Shepherd of Grace Senior Community in Becker, MN. Owned and managed by Good Shepherd, Shepherd of Grace employs the same mission, vision, values and philosophies of caring for the people we serve.
Seniors choose to move into the Good Shepherd Community because of the full continuum of services we offer. This continuum includes four apartment buildings, assisted living services, a home health care agency, a skilled health care facility, a chapel, and four memory care cottages on our Sauk Rapids campus and an apartment building, assisted living services and two memory care cottages on our Becker campus.
Good Shepherd complies with the fair housing act and provides housing and health care services for tenants, residents and clients of all faiths in an atmosphere of christian love, care and concern.
Our mission
The Good Shepherd Community, a Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod organization, provides a ministry of specialized health care and housing services for young and older adults in Central Minnesota. Good Shepherd serves people from a christian perspective by ministering to the whole person through a continuum of quality services.
